The purpose of this form is to assist in providing a checklist of items
that are ordinarily considered when performing ALTA/ACSM type surveys.
This list was not prepared under the direction and or in conjunction
with the American Land Title Association or the American Congress on
Surveying and Mapping.
This checklist
is intended to be an accompanyment to the 1999 ALTA/ACSM standards which
